Locked in the loo!
YEAH!!! I got locked in the loo..the Aaya Didi tried everything to open it from outside but it just refused to open!! and finally Meenakshi (or Bam Bam or Bird Flu as we call her)helped me crawl outta there..YUCK!

Hostel days Nostalgia!!
Yeah..don't be surprised..this happens to me as well!! I'm missing my hostel days at AWWA..my roommates Esha, Tanu, Nagina, Rohini and not to forget my sweet bed-mate Mihika :) now don't u wonder about that bed-mate thingy..we had our single beds joined to make it a double bed and that's how we invented this name "bed-mate" :-p
But it was soo fun being in hostel..pestering everybody (what's new?!), celebrating b'dayz at mid-night, making fun of each other, complaining about life, comforting each other for every small lil thing, going for walks in the evenings, washing clothes at 2 in the night (erm..morning), or talking till 2-3 in the night and getting up at 6 to go to college, keeping an account of each single paisa spent, borrowing clothes from roommates..then from other rooms on the floor ;)...narrating the happenings of the whole day to Esha ( :-) Mom of our room..scolding us, advising us, taking care of us..), pestering Mihika every night by asking her the same ol question everytime..What do i wear tomorrow? :-p it soo FUN!!..oh and she was the Miss. Forgetful of the room, Tanu quitely admiring herself when everybody was almost asleep..dressing up n decking herself up..she was always the Kid of our room, Nagina being the Scare-Crow of the room (..coz she was scared of every lil creature she saw..) jumping on her bed and shouting at the sight/mention of a rat or a cockroach or a bird in the room :-), Rohini.. :-) she was sweet in her own way..not telling us about her boyfriend but secretly waiting for his letter and reading it :)..her fav pastime was to pester Nagina, Harroop.. Miss. Moody.. she was not in my room but was a very good friend..half of the time we used to wonder about her mood swings...a B-I-G B-E-A-R H-U-G to you all. Though I can go on and on with it..but for now this is just some of the stuff that i really MISS!!
A typical day in our room would start with Mihika getting up..waking me up..i would then wake up Tanu..Esha would automatically wake up by then..get ready..have breakfast if we are on time or leave for the AWWA bus that wud drop us at Moti Bagh for us to board our respective busses for our college. Come back at around 3-4 have lunch that Esha wud have asked Jai Chand Bhaiya (or JCB as we used to call him) to store for us..(he was our Mess incharge..such a cute and shy guy to be in a girl's hostel...). Head towards the room after lunch..find Esha lying in her bed and just JUMP on her :) she being she wud ask: How was the day? Sleep for sometime..and I would sleep lying half on her and half on her bed :-p. Come evening and we would go out for a walk (erm.. to letch some guys :-p) or a game of badminton or basketball or just simply yack yack yack!! Stand in que to call up home..then comfort each other when feeling homesick! Appear for the Roll-Call..have dinner...again a walk followed by a pestering session..then again some yack yack..then oiling/massaging each otherz hair..then washing some clothes..then a bit of studies that too sometimes..preparing for the next day..wish everyone Good Night and go off to sleep :-)
WOW!!! feel like going back to that time again where watever the 6 of us had was each other..no matter how much we argued..how much we disliked each other at times..but still when the time came we were there standing close to each other :) no wonder our room was known as the "Best buddy room" in the hostel coz of the level of bonding we had!!
Love you guys..and Miss you a lot too!! That one year spend with you was the best in my life...
And well...if you are still wondering wat made me go into that mood..it was a dream i had about these guys last night..and the first thing i did was to SMS them..and it turned out that Mihika and Nagina were talking about the famous AWWA ragging last night :-) Hey..that reminds me of the AWWA song:
